Coaches Networking Meetings
For the 2021-22 school year the Midwest PBIS Network will be hosting virtual Coaches Network Meetings monthly. All meetings take place from 2 - 3:30pm CT. Coaches can expect to leave Network Meetings with updates, tools, resources, and exemplar examples of implementation to bring back and use with their own district PBIS Teams. This school year there will be three strands (i.e., Tier 1, Tier 2, Innovation) for focus. Plan to join all or select based upon your district/school action plan. There is no cost to attend Coaches Network Meetings, but registration is required.
If you are a pbis coach, then you need your own network of collaboration and support!
Objectives of Coaches Network Meetings
To learn about updates, tools, and new messages directly from the Midwest PBIS Network in partnership with the National PBIS Technical Assistance Center.
To network with and learn from other PBIS Coaches across the state by sharing challenges and successes of implementing PBIS with fidelity.
To gain deeper knowledge and understanding of specific topic areas within a Multi-Tiered System of Support for Behavior with a focus on data, systems, and practices.
Model CNM process for District leaders to replicate with their school-based coaches
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Strands Information
Stay on track and/or boost your Tier 1 or Tier 2 implementation as we revisit specific items from the Tiered Fidelity Inventory. Fidelity of each item will be defined, examples shared, and opportunities provided for networking and problem-solving with Midwest PBIS staff and other schools.
Two options for joining:
1) Watch pre-recording, then join for networking and further TA
2) No time to watch pre-recording? join to walkthrough content, then spend shorter amount of time for networking and TA
Innovation Strand Information
Using pre-recorded SCTG webinars from national partners at Center on PBIS, this strand will expand upon specific topic areas of implementation (e.g., PBIS in rural setting, PBIS in alternative setting) as well as introduce methods for using PBIS framework to align and integrate social-emotional-behavior initiatives.
