In the HS Person-Centered Planning tier 3 facilitator training we offer at MWPBIS, we will use the foundational components of High-Fidelity Wraparound (based on ten principals and done in four phases) and add options for using the PATH and MAP models to increase engagement with high school-aged youth. This approach will provide options for the tier 3 intervention facilitator and the high school youth. Options, all the while staying true to the ten principles of Wrap Around and maintaining the fidelity of the PATH and MAP processes. Ultimately, this training approach will allow facilitators to increase the individualization of the tier-three intervention process with each youth.
