School administrators and coaches will prepare to lead their school through the planning and implementation of PBIS. Participants will increase their knowledge of PBIS as a framework and the critical features of Tier 1 as well as their understanding of the integration of classroom management practices into Tier 1. This training will help school leaders assess their readiness of full team training by ensuring proper team composition, identifying coaching responsibilities, and ensuring readiness of data systems. School leaders are encouraged to participate in this training prior to registering a team for Tier 1 Team Training.
Getting Ready for Tier 2
School administrators and coaches will prepare to lead their school through installation of Tier 2 systems and a continuum of interventions. Participants will increase their knowledge of targeted interventions for groups of students and the systems to support these practices. This training will help school leaders assess their readiness for full team training by ensuring Tier 1 foundations are in place, Tier 2 team composition, identifying coaching roles and ensuring readiness of data systems. School leaders are encouraged to participate in this training prior to registering a team for Tier 2 Team Training.
Getting Ready for Tier 3

Participants will increase their knowledge of person-centered planning process and assess their schools readiness for implementing this process with fidelity. This training will help schools leaders identify facilitators to send to wraparound or RENEW training and prepare their systems. School leaders are encouraged to participate in this training prior to registering facilitators for wraparound and RENEW training.
What is ISF?
This is an introduction to the Interconnected Systems Framework. School or community agency staff who are exploring how education and mental health systems can more effectively work together in an integrated way are encouraged to participate. Participants in this training will learn the history and context of ISF and increase their understanding of how the ISF provides the structures and process for moving school and mental health systems from a co-located model to an integrated system. Participants in the training will leave with knowlege of existing resources available to support.
Data-based Decision Making
Join us for an overview of the core components of TIPS Foundations and DBDM using the outline of the PBIS Blueprint to address executive and Implementation functions. We will address training and coaching plans and the importance of having an evaluation plan. Participants will leave with an action plan addressing each area of the PBIS Blueprint.
