Getting Started w PBIS Apps
STEP 1: Do you have a PBIS Apps/Assessment account?
STEP 2: Do you have a local PBIS Assessment Coordinator? (This is usually a District staff member).
If yes, contact that person about opening your Assessments.
If no or unsure, email firstname.lastname@example.org to verify.
If you do not have a local PBIS Assessment Coordinator, we will send you a Local Coordinator Form to fill out, to assign a Coordinator for your school/district.
For more information about becoming a local PBIS Assessment Coordinator, visit this help page.
STEP 3: View assessment results through Reporting.
This information is available for your team, are crucial for action planning, and required for reporting out the TFI on your Midwest PBIS Recognition application.
STEP 4: Open the self assessments in your school's online PBIS Assessments account.
