District Leadership/Coaching (Alignment of Initiatives)
Join us for an overview of the core components of district leadership and coaching. We will be using the outline of the PBIS Blueprint to address executive and Implementation functions. We will address executive functions focusing the PBIS Blueprint. We will look at stake-holder engagement, funding and alignment, district policies and workforce capacity. Participants will leave with an action plan addressing each area of the PBIS Blueprint.
Nuts & Bolts of District Leadership Team
This three hour introduction will explore critical components of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), an MTSS framework for climate, culture, social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes. PBIS is the most researched and developed MTSS framework. District leaders will acquire knowledge and build upon what is already known, to make informed decisions about next steps in improving the systems of support in place to positively impact student behavior.
District Leadership Training – Overview & Planning
This six-hour training is a day for district understanding, buy-in, and action planning to support PBIS implementation in the schools. We will look at stake-holder engagement, funding and alignment, district policies and workforce capacity.
District Coaches Training
This three-hour training is designed specifically for District level PBIS/MTSS Coaches, and those individuals who assist schools within their district with PBIS tiered supports and implementation. The training will be organized around the implementation elements as defined within the PBIS Implementation Blueprint.
District Leadership Team Training – Capacity Building Model
High Fidelity School-Wide PBIS requires systemic support beyond the individual school, it is important that improvement efforts are supported at the district level. District-level support and guidance provide a supportive context for implementation at the local level.
